Visit Visalia Announces Summer Promotion - 'Free Shuttle & Stay'

Visalia, Calif. (Jan. 28, 2020) – Visit Visalia, the most robust city near Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, announced a limited-time promotion offered through the new vacation booking service on VisitVisalia.com.

With Free Shuttle & Stay, visitors book a two-night stay in any of the 16 Visalia hotels and they receive two free passes to for the Sequoia Shuttle, which includes entry into Sequoia National Park. 

Sequoia Shuttle allows guests to relax and enjoy the journey into the Giant Forest. In addition to bypassing the entry gates, they can witness the stunning scenery, look for wildlife and spot waterfalls flowing down, all while relaxing in an air-conditioned shuttle with their family. Sequoia Shuttle pick-up locations are at most Visalia hotels or within a short walking distance. Once in the park, travelers use the ticketless in-park shuttles to see all the main attractions. It travels four loops within the park, offering hop-on, hop-off service.

Situated in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Sequoia National Park is a majestic and exquisitely maintained wonderland for hiking, fishing and outdoor adventure. It is home to the largest living tree in the world, the General Sherman Tree. Standing at 275 feet tall, about 102 feet in diameter and weighing more than 2.7 million pounds, it is also the largest living organism, by volume, on the planet. The park also boasts amazing waterfalls and spectacular views from famous spots like Moro Rock. 

To get the Free Shuttle & Stay passes, book travel on VisitVisalia.com/stay. You will receive an email confirmation after booking. Forward that confirmation to requests@visitvisalia.com, and you will receive details on obtaining passes within three business days.
