Farm Town Lovin'

| 09/19/2011 | Agriculture & Tastings, Dine, Family Friendly, Things to Do
Well, my weekend was quite eventful! How about yours? Two of my friends from college came up from Southern California and I showed them a good time...the Visalia way. We went to the Tulare County Fair (lucky for us, the annual TC Fair was in town the same weekend they visited!), ate at some of Visalia's yummy restaurants, and drove around to see all of the different landmarks and things that make Visalia and the surrounding areas unique. Being the big city girls that they are, my friends were quite entertained with all of our agriculture and farm life that can be found around almost every corner. The highlight of their weekend? Learning about the different agriculture we have in the Valley and site seeing! They were also pleasantly surprised when they realized Visalia has a little bit of everything. We've got a home town feel with big city perks! Check out some of the pictures we took on our adventures![gallery link="file" columns="1"]
